15. Fitness

Today's topic is about the sport. As Ruslan said professional sportsmen usually laughter over the emergency attempts to purchase form before the summer. Indeed, one can notice rapidly increasing number of gym attendants before beach season. To tell the truth, while I also find it stupid and funny, I start to work out much more often and harder before summer. However, people don't do the mistake when they start their fitness routine at spring. First, it's never too late, starting at spring is better than not to start at all. Second, specialists consider spring to be the most successful period for the beginning of the fitness workout. So, do not hesitate, and start doing fitness, but for best results it is necessary correctly to pick up a set of exercises, diet and lifestyle outside training. And I hope that I will follow these advices too:)
